Refund & Return Policy

We strive to create a special experience for each client when they place an order. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients. However, under the circumstance of a customer requesting a refund, here is our refund and return policy: 

Refunds:

100% refunds are not available once payment has been made and resin work has begun. No exceptions will be made.  Customers may receive a 50% refund if requested 4 weeks after flower arrival date. No refunds will be given to requests received after this time frame with no exceptions.

Returns:

Per our disclaimer, all Nancy Dunson Designs products are made without any warranty; express or implied. Personalized items are sold on an as-is basis and cannot be returned. 

Rescheduling:

Flower arrival dates may be rescheduled up to two months in advance without any additional fees. Flower arrival date changes requested with less than one month’s notice will incur a $50 change fee.

COVID refund policy: 

No refunds will be made due to the cancellation of events due to covid after 120 days per our normal refund policy. We would be willing to discuss rescheduling with the client.
