How To Book

If you would like to move forward with reserving space in my schedule, here is some important information you need to know!  Please note, if you are inquiring about Memorial Preservation, please contact me directly or visit the "Memorials" page.  That process is just a little bit different.

· At least one Floral Block must be chosen prior to picking your Add-On’s. 

· Minimum: Add-On items are available ONLY with purchase of Floral Block.

· Limited Availability: I currently only accept a limited number of clients per week and many couples book in advance. I suggest scheduling with me as soon as possible prior to your wedding date. Six months is generally suggested, but I may have openings sooner. Just ask!

· Review: Review the sizes of Floral Blocks and add-on pieces I offer before making your reservation. Please keep in mind that if you intend to have a large bouquet, or have large flowers preserved, you will need to choose a size to accommodate them. Orders for smaller display pieces that are purchased for a bouquet featuring large blooms may include only one or two large flowers and minimal accent flowers and greenery. You may always upgrade to larger pieces and additional add-on items later. 

· Processing Times: Processing time is approximately 18-24 weeks depending on the number of items in your order and the season. However, in most cases orders will be finished sooner. 

· Retainer: You will be required to pay a non-refundable retainer upon reserving your date on my schedule. Failure to pay the retainer within 5 business days will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

· Contract: You will be required to return the signed contract within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

· Balance: Final balance is due 4 weeks after your wedding date.

· Shipping & Handling: A flat rate shipping & handling cost will be included in your proposal invoice. Local orders can be arranged for pickup.
